Delivery & Returns

Domestic Shipping

We mainly use Royal mail 48 for items under 2kg and ParcelForce for items over this weight. We may change this at any time dependant on service availability, destination. And dimensions of the delivery.

Surcharges may apply for certain zones in the UK, Off shore islands, and Highlands.

In addition, for all items sent to DG7-9, PH 8, 9, 11, 16, 19-26, 30-39, DD5-4, DD6, DD7-6, DD7-7, DD8-1-4, DD10, DD11-3-5, KY8-2&5, KY9-1, KY15-5 will take an additional day. 

Items sent to HS1-9, IV21-28, IV40-49, IV51-56, IV63, KW1-3, KW5-17, PH40, ZE1-3 will take an additional 2 days.

Deliveries to certain outlying postcodes e.g off shore Islands there will be local arrangements in place to deliver to the recipient which may include collecting items from an agreed location.

These extended deliveries times do not apply to the exchange services, separate information is available on request.

We send out the majority of orders the same day of receiving up to 15:00 Monday to Friday. Unless otherwise stated. 

We also offer an express shipping service which ensures your delivery is prioritised for delivery as quick as possible and usually delivered the next working day.

We do offer Saturday delivery and timed delivery, but prices are on application.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


You have 14 calendar days from the day of delivery to contact us and arrange for the item to be returned which will be received by us no longer than 30 days from initial order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (if applicable) and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging (if applicable).

Returns are at the buyers own cost.


To return your item(s) please email us - to arrange the return.


When sending items back please ensure that the proof of purchase (or copy) is within the package with any instructions if applicable.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange and if applicable we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment.


If you opt for an exchange we will contact you for further postage costs. (price dependent on weight/destination).


If applicable you will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Contact Us If you have any questions on how to return your item to us. 

  • Age Restricted Items
    Kit Goblin is a responsible seller of bladed and other age restricted item. For this we must verify the ages of persons purchasing any age restricted items. Online Orders Below is the process we use to verify the age of a buyer of an age restricted item. 1. Notification (on checkout) for customer to send age related ID to be forwarded to us once age related item purchased. 2. If not already verified, we will send follow up email for age related ID to be sent followed by a telephone call. * Every parcel that contains an age restricted item will be marked for delivery to a person over 18 only. If we cannot verify a person’s age, we will NOT send the item until we can successfully verify. Shop Sales For items that are not covered by the RFD (firearms) we keep a local register of every knife, axe and any other age-related item we sell. The register contains the item bought, buyers name, address and age.
